This Privacy Policy explains how Innocom Geospatial ("Innocom", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use GeoIntel SAR (the "Service"), a radar-based ground-motion and coastal-monitoring application available at geointelsar.innocomgeospatial.com and www.geointelsar.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in (by email and password or through Google), we receive your name and email address so we can authenticate you and stamp the reports and exports you generate.
• Content you create. Areas of interest you define, projects you save, and the analyses you run, together with their results.
• Technical data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect payment card details, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and secure the Service and your account.
• To attribute reports and exports to the operator who produced them.
• To respond to your requests and to communicate service-related notices.
• To improve the reliability and quality of the Service.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service:

• Supabase : authentication and database, hosted in the European Union.
• Google : optional Google sign-in.
• Hetzner : application hosting (Germany).
• Cloudflare : DNS and network security.

Satellite imagery used in analyses comes from public Earth-observation programmes and is governed by those programmes' own terms.

Data retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Security

Access to the Service requires authentication, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

International transfers

The Service is hosted in the European Union. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the EU and other countries where our providers operate.

The Service is intended for professional and organisational use and is not directed to children.
